“We contacted Andrea and Barbara of Schatz Hayes Home and team via email on May 7, 2020 regarding a real estate consultation. COVID-19 was in full-swing and we were living at our second home in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico (western Caribbean). By Monday, June 1, 2020, we were made a full-price offer which we accepted. After only five days on the market, Schatz Hayes Homes and team had sold our home. But what was even more impressive, was the fact that the people who were interested before it was even listed, were the same people who purchased our home! Andrea and her team made sure that all the appropriate documents and forms were processed accordingly (all done virtually). We absolutely loved all the electronic tools they used to ensure easy and painless transactions. In fact, one night we were stressing out about the furniture we wanted to donate. We just could not wrap our heads around how we were going to facilitate that from Mexico, especially with COVID-19 and local donation centers no longer providing pick up service. We were so stressed out about it; we sent an anxiety filled email to Andrea and Barbara. Within minutes, our anxiety had dissipated. Their email assured us that there were several resources available to them to assist with any removal of furniture we wanted to donate…they are our sheros.
